At Paytm, your money is yours. If an amount is deducted from your bank / card, but the payment or transaction fails, we will refund the amount to your card / bank as soon as we receive a confirmation from your bank.

Money has been debited but it does not reflect in wallet :

Refunds are credited to your bank / card usually in 3-4 business days, but sometimes your bank can take up to 7 business days. We also share a refund reference number that can be used to check with your bank the status of the refund. If the amount is not credited to your account within this period, we ask you to check with your bank. If your bank fails to share your refund status, please contact us at Customer Care with your latest bank statement from the date of the transaction.
